My Charge HR has stopped syncing. I recently updated the latest iOS version. I really do not want to lose my data. This is extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any tips on how I can fix this issue.

Try this. It worked for me.
Whatever you do don’t delete the device from the App or delete the App from your phone.
1.go to Bluetooth, click on the device and select forget.
2.switch off Bluetooth
3.switch off phone
4.reset your device
5.restart your phone
6.switch Bluetooth back on (don’t wait for Fitbit to reconnect just ho to next step)
7 start you App
if phone asked for pair device select ok
it should then work.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

So what if you did delete the device?

I understand that some iOS and android users have had problems reinstalling the device once it’s been deleted.
some have never resolved the problem on reconnecting and ended up replacing the device.
Its only my what I have gleamed from here and other forums.
