Welcome to the Community @Carsonjae. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your Charge HR is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly. Also, please confirm that your tracker is paired, if you are not able to see the tracker's icon, it means that it is not paired and you need to follow these steps from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Open the Fitbit app.
2. Tap Join Fitbit.
3. Choose your product.
4. Tap the setup option.
5. On the next few screens, enter your personal details. This information is used to calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which helps determine your calorie count for activities.
6. Enter your name, email address, and chosen password.
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
8. If you're having trouble, see I'm having trouble setting up using the Fitbit app for iOS.
Let me know the outcome.
