Despite uninstalling the app, resetting my Fitbit, replacing the Fitbit with a new one, I cannot get my weekly exercise to track. It worked for the first week I had it but no longer tracks my activity. It does track my active minutes but does not count any of it as exercise when it used it. Help!

On th Fitbit app, is the Exercise tile not showing your exercise? If so, please go to your Activities on the online Dashboard and check if the activities are shown there. We're currently experiencing a bug that's preventing the information on the Exercise tile from showing which explains why you're not able to see it. Our team is now working towards a prompt and proper solution for this situation.

I'm still having this issue and it's 8 months from this post. Have you all resolved the issue yet? Very frustrated user!
