Charge HR wont sync to iPhone 6s

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge HR hasnt synced since 23/04/2016.

I have tried resetting the Fitbit, restarting the bluetooth, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still nothing.

This is very frustrating.

In the app it says it's Syncing and it gets to just under half way and stops. If I exit the ap it starts from the begining again

I've tried all the trouble shooting tips on the website. This is very frustrating.

I want to buy my mum one for mothers day but I wont be if they wont even sync!

Seems to be something wrong with an update maybe?

Remove the dongle from your PC if connected (so it isn't competing for control)
Unpair your tracker from your iPhone bluetooth list by selecting "forget device" (touching circled red i)
Uninstall/delete Fitbit APP from your iPhone by touch/hold icons until they shake, then X
Reset the ChargeHR by plugging in charging cable and holding button for 12 seconds until you see the FitBIT icon and version, then unplug.
Reinstall the Fitbit APP on the iPhone from here.
Now, launch and add your ChargeHR as a new device in the Fitbit APP.
You should get a request for a 4 digit code on your tracker to type into your iPhone for bluetooth pairing.
It should re-pair and sync with your iPhone.
No previous data will be lost.
