My Charge HR will not connect via Bluetooth no matter what I try. Worked with chat yesterday to troubleshoot and it still will not work. After chat session was told tracker is over a year old and nothing more they can do. So disappointed.

@pastiepie you using Android, Windows or iOS? This post can be moved to the area where you could get more specific responses. Looking around, it seems Android and iOS users are having a bit of problems after an update.

HAving simialr problem since latest update . tried syncing to phone that always worked before and to windows laptop neithder will sync . Have reset device but still not able to sync . any help from fitbit ???

Online chat session tried to troubleshoot but nothing got it working. At the end of the chat session I was told that my tracker is more than a year old and there wasn't anything more they could do for me 😞
