Charge hr not syncing with iPhone 7

The Fitbit was syncing fine then for some reason today, it won't sync with my iPhone 7. I haven't changed any settings or anything.

I have the same probiem

was syncing when I went to skero

now woke up & it won't even connect on

blutooth. Tried switching phone off & on, turning Bluetooth off & on.

nothing.

 

any suggestions?

If your Charge HR is not syncing, I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members facing the same situation.

 

In case these steps don't seem to work, let's try to set up your tracker as a new device. Don't worry, this won't remove any of the information previously stored in your account.

 

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
