My Fitbit Charge will not sync to either my iPhone 6 or my laptop.. I have tried restarting it and all of the troubleshooting methods but nothing is working.. Any other tips??

I have the same. It syncs about half, but doesn't store it, pull the sleep, or sync to Bluetooth. The app is updated but I can't get it to work for a few dears now.
