My Fitbit flex won't set up

I've done everything that's been said to do online. Every time I do it from my iPhone 6 it says bad request error 400. Even tried doing it from my laptop and got nothing. Also resetted my fit bit as well.

Hey there @anna0084 @KathNH welcome to our Community! Thanks for stopping by! Smiley Wink Can you please confirm you have done the following:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the replacement setup workflow to pair your tracker to your already-existing account. Click here for instructions.

Also, please note that it is possible to setup your tracker on a computer using Fitbit Connect and your tracker will still be able to sync to your iOS device. Instructions are the the same link as the replacement setup workflow.

Keep me posted! Smiley Wink
