My charge is not syncing to my iPad or my iPhone, over weekend I reset everything and it worked for a day. Now it’s not working again. Please help!

Hello @Dorko1, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation, however it's possible that if you're trying to sync your tracker with one of your devices but the other is around, the Bluetooth signal from the other device is interfering with the syncing process. Additionally, if you have set Notifications on your Fitbit tracker, the tracker will form a Bluetooth bond with the device sending the Notifications to it, that will prevent the tracker from syncing well with another mobile device. In this case I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on both your iPad and iPhone. Check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this device.
  2. Restart your phone, tablet and tracker one more time.
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on one of the devices and try to sync with the other one.

If your tracker is still having difficulties syncing, let's set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your mobile devices. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
