It synced when I first set it up on Tuesday, but then wouldn't sync at all. I got it to sync Thursday after going through every step on the website (Bluetooth off/on, phone off/on, app uninstalled, charge reset from base unit)
But since then it hasn't synced. I have retried all the steps I did before but it isnt working.
Because I was brought it as a present I don't want to ask them to return it, as il feel awful. Anybody got any suggestions?

Hey @Emily1101! How are you doin' today? It's too bad to hear that your Charge is not syncing, but don't worry, if you already tried the listed on this article and still not working, I suggest you to contact Fitbit Support, they will further investigate this and solve this for you. In addition, when you contact them, please them know about the instructions you already followed to make it sync.
