Hello

Just got a new phone (iPhone 6s) and it won't find my Fitbit. My old phone was no problem. Fitbit is on and charged. It's a Fitbit surge. Thanks in advance.

I'm not an iOS user so a bit out of my depth. However, I did find this article which might explain the problem:

Welcome to our Community @Kimi1101! Thanks for joining us! Smiley Very HappyI noticed @SteveH provided you with some suggestions to help you resolve your issue, did it worked? I'd like to add that you can restart your iOS device and restart your tracker. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your iOS device and then open the Fitbit app, tap "Join Fitbit,” and then proceed through the setup process.

Hope this helps, have a great day! Woman Wink
