When I am out walking or running, after a certain length of time when you look at the dashboard the app seems to turn off my iPhone 5s saying the phone battery is at zero. No matter what you do the phone will not turn back on. Get back to the house and connect the phone to the charger the phone shows no battery but after a few seconds the phone reboots and shows 30, 50, or 70% battery charge. What ever it was when the app shut the phone down. This only happens when tracking a walk or run. Any ideas?

@rikard5150 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is really strange. Try to log out from the app, reboot your phone, and log back in. Also, make sure you have updated the app to its latest version. Then, clean your phone's cache.
Let me know how it goes!

I have the exact same problem, but my iPhone 6 waits to turn off until i finish my run. Then no matter the amount of battery left, the phone turns off.
Did the reply solve the issue? Because otherwise it is very annoying, if you are not home when you finish your run. Hope this issue can be solved!
