Hi
Feel free to factory reset your tracker.
Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker) since the previous sync. If possible, make sure the tracker recently sync'ed to your account.
Hope it helps

It's nice to have you around @Liannekb, hope you're doing great!
If your tracker is paired to the Fitbit app on a mobile device, it syncs every time you open the app. It can also sync periodically throughout the day if you have All-Day sync turned on. If your tracker is paired to a computer, it syncs automatically every 15 to 30 minutes assuming the tracker and computer are in proximity.
A daily sync is recommended but not required. Most Fitbit trackers record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days, so if you're able to sync weekly you'll find all your data on your Fitbit dashboard. (Fitbit Alta records minute-by-minute data for only five days). After seven days, Fitbit trackers can store daily totals for up to 30 days.
If you have a Fitbit Surge, your tracker can store 35 hours of GPS data before deleting some to make room for more. To ensure that all your GPS data is saved to your exercise history, sync your Surge regularly.
Have you made sure you're not having syncing issues? What platform are you running for syncing?
Thanks for your help @SunsetRunner!
Catch you guys later!
