Charge2 Very Slow to Add Foods

My Charge2 is very slow to log food items. Also, if the food item is not already in my Frequent or Recent food lists it won’t log it at all and it just hangs, searching. I use iPhone and have tried closing the app, switching off Bluetooth and on again and switching phone off and on again. Is this a common problem st the moment?

I moved this to the iOS forum as it has nothing to do with the Charge 2

 

I use Android and have no problem But maybe someone that Uses iOS can help

This says it’s been answered but it hasn’t....:the app is still very slow adding food that isn’t already recent or favourite. Practically unuseable!!
