Charge2 gps no longer working

I've had no problems with my brand new charge2 until last week. The GPS just randomly stopped working. I've been using it to map my walks around the city and as of last Monday it no longer does. I've been using the walk excercise with no issues. Ive rest my iPhone, my Fitbit, turned off wifi, location services, and nothing is working. What's the next step?

Awesome troubleshooting

 

Feel free to uninstall the Fitbit App and reinstall freshly if not already done.

 

Does the GPS work fine when using other apps using gps like navigation apps? Cat Embarassed

 

When desired the Apple Support Team can be contacted if the gps still doesn't work.
