Hi there @Redneckgirl121, welcome aboard to our Community. Is this the first time you are connecting your tracker or are you trying to connect a new one?
Regardless if this is the first time or not, I would recommend to restart your tracker, but I would like to know which type of tracker you have as I wasn't able to find this information on your post. so let me know which tracker do you have so I can share more precise information.
In addition, make sure you have the most recent app for iOS which is 2.28.
You can find this by following these steps:
- Tap the Account tab.
- Tap Help. You'll see the app version at the top of the screen.
If is the latest version try to force quit the app:
1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps and if you need more suggestions let me know.
