My Fitbit alta is working fine but hasnt synced to my iphone or ipad since monday. The ipad/iphone are not picking it up via bluetooth. Have deleted the app and reloaded, turned on and off restarted etc but no success. Now come on my windows pc and the bluetooth connection is not picking it up on that either. Any suggestions?

Hi there @LaraLing, welcome aboard to our Community. I see you have tried some troubleshooting steps on your own to address this issue, and that is great.
