My Charge2 stopped syncing... I thought it was as a result of an App upgrade with a bug. I waited for another upgrade..... in the meantime I tried all the usual ‘fixes’. Turn off/ turn on my iPhone, hard reboot on my iPhone..... read the suggested fixes on this Community and Google suggestions..... nothing worked. I decided to reboot my charge2. Found the method in Google. Just put your watch in the charger clip. Press the watch button for 4 seconds and when the Fitbit logo appears it will reboot... simple. This did nothing to fix the problem.... but might have helped. Now here is what worked. I deleted the Fitbit App on my iPhone and reloaded it. It worked. So, my friends, it might be a combo of rebooting your phone, rebooting your watch and then deleting and reloading the App. Worked for me. Cheers.
