I am now using a new phone and my steps are not showing unless I turn on the tracking. Is there a fix for this?

Hi @Augsept — do you have a Fitbit or are you using your phone to track your steps?
If using your iPhone without a Fitbit, make sure you’ve added MobileTrack as a tracker under your account.

I resolved the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit AP
