My charge2 has not synced for two weeks. Went through all possible trouble shooting steps still did not sync. Went ahead and wipe charge2 off of my iPhone 6 and my Fitbit app. Now it won’t pair. I have ensure everything is updated on my phone to include the newest IOS update and I made sure app was updated. Still nothing

Hi @Corlin. So sorry for your frustration! All these IOS updates are causing issues for many apps, not just Fitbit. Since you've already verified that you are on the latest versions of IOS and Fitbit, please follow the steps below. I know you've done some of them, but the order in which you do them is important. Humor me. 😉 These steps have worked for others in the same situation:
- Restart your Charge 2 ... 3 times in quick succession. Instructions are here.
- If the Fitbit app is still on your phone, delete it.
- In your iPhone settings, check bluetooth. If the Charge 2 is listed, "forget" it.
- Next, and this is important - go into a room that has no other Bluetooth devices other than the iPhone and Charge 2 you are bringing into it.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app. Add the Charge 2, following instructions to pair when prompted.
This should get everything working. Please let me know how it works out.
