Hello @Lujsouza, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? Are you missing GPS information from a specific workout? Is this the first time you experience this issue? If this is the case please make sure to check the following:

  • Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and your tracker is connected (paired) to the phone. To confirm, go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and make sure you see your tracker on the list of devices.
  • You selected an exercise type from the Exercise menu that has a gear icon in the bottom left corner. The gear icon represents connected GPS.
  • GPS is turned on for the exercise type. Tap the gear icon and make sure the Use Phone GPS setting is on.
  • Your phone is within about 20 feet of your tracker.
  • Your phone can identify your location and can track your location when you're not using Wi-Fi. For more information on which phone settings you may need to adjust, see How do I use multisport or exercise mode on my tracker?
  • The Fitbit app is open on your phone or running in the background. Do not force quit the Fitbit app.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello Marco.

I have a fitbit blaze and I used paired with Iphone 6. I was talking about a specific workout. Another days, everything was ok. Today I had the same problem, my blaze was connected with my phone. My phone is enable to work background and was open today because I certified this before start my exercise.

I always used the same exercise mode: Run in my tracker.

You can see this problem in my activities from Nov/3 and today Nov/8.

Do you know what are doing in only this 2 activities?

Hello @Lujsouza, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate the information you've shared with me. At this moment I would like to suggest you to turn off WiFi on your phone while you're tracking a GPS activity. Please turn it off through the Settings on your phone and not through the Control Center as sometimes your phone will try to connect to a WiFi signal, dropping the GPS signal while performing a run, walk or hike.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted!
