Charge3/premium/iOSapp ?!

After upgrading to the Charge 3 last year I ran into several issues. Received 2 replacements and shortly after stopped using it. Fast forward a year and being inside more I decided to get the fitbit going again. Couldn’t remember any of my info so I made a new account and signed up for the free 3 month premium trial. First 2 days I had only 3 icons on the bottom of the app (premium missing), today the premium icon is there but when I click it, it’s asking me to sign up for premium. I’ve read you need a month worth of data, so will Premium basically be unavailable for my first month while I’m collecting data or is this a glitch in app.

It could well be a glitch in the app. There is a known bug that started yesterday that could be causing what you are seeing. Have a look at the following thread which has updates from Fitbit:

It could well be a glitch in the app. There is a known bug that started yesterday that could be causing what you are seeing. Have a look at the following thread which has updates from Fitbit:
