Charge 3 working well

, recording data but the information won’t transfer or sync to

my ipad

Hi @Sue474747 and welcome to the forums. Did you download the Fitbit app to your iPad and set up the Charge 3 there? In case you need it, here are the setup instructions in the Charge 3 manual. If you have already done this, then please being as specific as you can, describe the issue exactly.

So ill resend

I have had the charge 3 unit working perfectly for 4 months approx, last Monday it stopped transferring daily data collected to the app.

The wrist unit is still collecting information as normal, steps, HR, time, date, etc but this information won’t synchronise to the Fit bit app on my iPad.

When I pull down the top screen to refresh- syncing & refreshing comes up first — then no device found

The wrist unit is fully charged and so is the iPad.

Ive tried turning off the Bluetooth for a time then turning it back on

Ive tried turning off the iPad then turning it back on

The iPad is currently on software update iOS 13.4.1.

I do have an iPhone but the Fitbit app is not set up on that only my iPad.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Sue474747 - Your current message showed up. Thanks for providing the details. There is one more thing I would suggest, restarting your Charge 3. You can find the instructions here
