Weight loss showing incorrectly.

Even though I only enter my weight in stones and full pounds, it shows my weight lost as 4.09 in stead of 4.1. 

 

Are you you able to help, please?

Hi @Mrs.Bernie. Welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for the information provided, and let's work on the weight logs together. Does this also happen when logging your weight in the online dashboard? Before anything else, please verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Then try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  4. Try logging your weight one more time.

If the same happens, take a screenshot of the incorrect information and attach it in your reply. This will help me to continue investigating.

App was updated 3 days ago. I rebooted etc and it’s still showing incorrectly.
