ChargeHR won't communicate with IPhone

I just bought my Fitbit, have downloaded the app and am trying to set up my ChargeHR, but it won't communicate with my IPhone 6s. I've tried turning it off and back on again, tried turning off and on Bluetooth and hard closing and reopening the app and have even tried factory reset of Fitbit, but still can't get the two devices to see each other. Help!

@Adrondackjack welcome to the Forums and thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue. Smiley Wink Let me ask you something, are getting some kind of error while trying to set up your tracker? Like "Not working"? if so, let me just confirm, please try the steps on this post to restart your Charge HR. Then follow the directions on this other post to set up your Fitbit. And last but not least, make sure your tracker has enough battery to complete the set up process. Smiley Very Happy
