I’ve been a Fitbit user for 7 days. And yesterday when I tried to check my data on the Fitbit app it didn’t sink so I went to settings and the to Bluetooth to find out that the phone wasn’t connected to the devise ( I have an iPhone X version 12.1.2) I tried to connected and it didn’t recognize it. After this I restart my phone and then my charger 3 with a soft reset. After this they synced but not fully worked with the app. For example I tried to record a run but it didn’t pair up with the gps of my phone, then I don’t get notifications on the charger 3 and I can’t sync my phone with the app it just tells me this:

Hello @MRO890, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for adding a screenshot to your post. Please note that your Charge 3 will not sync through the Bluetooth Settings in your phone but through the Fitbit app. Note that the message you're receiving is because in order for your Charge 3 to receive Notifications it needs to establish a Bluetooth link with your phone. Please tap on "Configurar" and when another pop-up appears asking you to "pair" your device, please do. Then, you will be able to go to your phone Settings > Bluetooth and the Charge 3 will be listed as a paired device.
Now, in order to receive Notifications go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Notifications and enable the ones you want to receive. If you're having trouble receiving them, please check my post with troubleshooting steps that will be helpful for you. When it comes to connected GPS on Versa, if you haven't, I would like to suggest you to check the following article for troubleshooting steps that I'm certail, will be helpful for you: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit Device?
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
