I love walking with my FitBit, but I very badly want to get into floors and earn some badges there too. But I've noticed the phone alone will not get me floors. So I think I may need to buy a device with an altimeter that is compatible with FitBit.
My issue is budget - I can't afford some of the altimeter wristbands I'm seeing on the market, and am worried if I buy one of the cheaper wristbands that it either won't have an altimeter or won't be compatible with FitBit or my phone.
What's the lowest priced altimeter(s) you've seen on the market that are FitBit compatible? Does the price make a big difference (or small difference) in altimeter devices?
Thanks for any advice.

Welcome to the forums!
I sorry but if you want it to count floors it needs to be on a fitbit device. None of the others will transfer over to fitbit for floors.
You can compare here and find a Fitbit that does do Floors
