I’ve been noticing recently that when I cheer a post and then go off that post the cheer is disappearing. Others have also been experiencing same and noticed that it has followed the upgrade of 28th March 2020. I’ve tried logging in and out but no difference.

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. Please make sure you have downloaded the new version by following these instructions. Let me know if the issue still persists.

I am having the exact same problem. I also cannot post or comment on anything or it disappears.
I have contacted support multiple times and they just keep saying they don’t know why. Everything is updated, I have uninstalled, reinstalled many times, set my phone cleared cache.
Is yours working now?

Still no fix for this as I’ve been having the same issue even with updated and redownloading

@SunsetRunner just a suggestion: Clear Catch before you uninstall the app once the app is uninstalled do a soft reboot on your phone (Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.) now add the app back and does that help with the issue? doing the steps as I laid out helps make sure that the issue cannot follow from catch to the reinstalled app. If this was a different issue I would add that I do a soft reboot of the watch also before I reinstalled the app but that usually for other issue's.
