I just signed up and it has steps etched already logged - not possible - how do I reset to 0 ?

Hello and welcome to the forums @Musiclisa1

 

There is no way to get to zero. Those steps could be there from setting up your Fitbit and it won't hurt your step statistics.

 

Which device did you get? There is an owner manual and related articles for each Fitbit product. Just go to the upper right of this page and click "help" to select your device.
