Hi... I'm an above knee amputee and I realize my steps are different from others. How do I go about clearing data from the Dashboard? Thanks!

@DataClearing a restart of the device is similar to a reboot of a computer or cell phone. None of the data is removed with a restart.

 

Should you do a factory reset, it would indeed wipe off everything on the device.

There is no way to remove data from our dashboard. What exactly is it you're trying to do - start from scratch?

 

If you really want it all removed, you could ask customer service for their assistance.
