Clock Face disappeared

Since you updated the Fitbit app, my clock face has disappeared. Where do I find new clock faces? It’s not clear on the new app?

Happy to help, @Tonyboy49 . Tap Account at the top, left corner of the app. It may look like an envelope or, if you’ve uploaded a picture to your profile, you will see that. See my turtle:

Next, tap the name of your device —> Clock faces —> All Clocks. That will take you to screens of available clock faces. Please let me know if that works for you.

I can't even get to new clocks I all locked up

My clock face went completely blank. When I pinch the side of the watch, it vibrates. It is fully charged, according to my Iphone. I tried to change clock face but it doesn't seem to be connecting to the watch.

I pinched the back of the watch and all of a sudden it went back on. Very strange. Hopefully whatever happened is just a fluke.

I mean, I have the same problem as ClarkieR. Pinching the back did not do anything. Now the watch is warm to the touch.

The clock faces on my app are not being displayed, sadly.
