Clock back light doesn't stay on

I was wondering if there was a way to make the back light of the clock face stay on for longer than a few seconds?

As a healthcare practitioner it would be very helpful if my face could stay on for 30-60 seconds (if not more) at a time for when I'm measuring vital signs! Is there already a way to do this? If not, is there somebody I could speak to regarding it becoming an option!?

Thank you!

Hi @Scobiekc. The answer to your question will depend on which Fitbit device you have. There is a clock face for the Versa called, “Medical Professional,” that allows you to tap the screen to keep the display on ... then tap it again to turn it off.
