I was using my Fitbit HR, now I have the Alta. Randomly the HR started using military time, now that I've set up the Alta it is also. I've tried resetting the time but nothing I do changes to normal time. Any suggestions?

Hello @RhondaC73, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board!
It seems very odd that your trackers have changed the clock displayed to military time. Don't worry, even though this is not possible to be changed on the Fitbit app, you can go to you online settings and change it there. Please scroll down until you see Advance Settings > Clock Display Time. Once you change it, please sync your tracker or trackers and the time will correct itself.
I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply!

I have a Blaze. I've had to switch it from military time to 12-hour time at least twice in the past few months because it just switches itself for no obvious reason. Maybe something to do with an app update? Any suggestions on how to make it stay permanently in 12-hour time?

Hello @RhondaC73, thanks for joining the conversation, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
In this particular case, I would like to suggest you to restart your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, change the time on your online settings and sync your tracker.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
