I keep reading about all these problems that others are having that are the same as mine.   It sppears that this product was not ready for production but put on the markey anyway.  I had my Fitbit for 4 months when I started having problems.  Now it is into the fifth month and nothing has been resolved.  I can't say much for the quality of your product.  It is very frustrating!
