Hi everyone.
Thanks for everything you've done to work on this situation. I'm glad to announce that this issue has been resolved with iOS app version 3.49 and now you're able to changing the clock face of your Fitbit device correctly. If you haven't done so, go to the App store and make sure the Fitbit app is updated.
Your patience and feedback are truly appreciated, and I hope to see you around more often.

@DylanPritsker Have you tried uninstalling the Fitbit app on your iPhone and then reinstalling it to see if that fixes the issue?

Has just happened to me as well. Downloaded latest update and it changed my clock face. Can’t change it to anything else now.

Thanks for trying to help @JuanJoFitbit unfortunately it doesn’t work. I had already tried that. However, I contacted Fitbit via Twitter, they raised a Support ticket who advised that you can only alter the clock face on “older models” via your website dashboard. I didn’t even know I had one! Anyway. It works. Shame they can’t fix the App but I suppose they aren’t interested in keeping things working, just selling new. So it seems that Fitbit only update things for circa 4 years and then they want you to throw it away and buy a new one which is expensive and not environmentally sound.

Recently dug my (pretty old, admittedly) Charge HR out of a drawer and tried to get it working again. It seems to function absolutely fine apart from being unable to change the clock face via the app.
I can access the "clock face" tab in the app but it just leads to a blank screen that never loads.
Any ideas? Is this just because the Charge HR is so old it's unsupported?

Hi @ColbyT. It's good to see you here again. @Steeli Welcome on board.
Thanks for joining this thread and for the steps tried on your own. Just to confirm, is the issue with the Fitbit app not allowing you to change the clock face? If that's correct, even though you've worked on this before, please give a try to the following:

I found I couldn't see the alternative clock faces in the app on my iPhone 8 after update to iOS14.5, but I could change it by using the online account on the Mac. What is causing this problem?

My problem with the blank clock setting began Sunday which is the last the app was updated. I've tried everything and still no clock face choice. I'd put money on something got messed up on the last app update.

In the app, my clock faces are no longer showing. Whenever I go to change to a different face, I just see a blank screen with some arrows. I’ve deleted and re-added my blaze 2-3 times and still found it doesn’t work. Anyone know how to fix this?
