I switched to the website dashboard because when you go into the clock faces on ios 14.4.2 iphone Xr, it just shows blank.

Not showing for me either, also updated iPhone, deleted app, restarted phone, and re-installed app and still no clock faces. Needs an update I believe!
I just called customer support and they said it’s a known issue and should be fixed in 1-2 days.

@LimboLes Thanks for joining this thread. Before anything else, may I know if you're having the same issue with the clock faces settings on the Fitbit app? If that's correct and you've not done so, please give a try to the steps suggested above and let me know if you're able to change the clock face on the Fitbit app.

Thank you for the response.
So when I get the app to choose a different watch face, the screen is blank.
I have gone through all of the steps as discussed.
Nothing has changed to how it was working previously.
Looking forward to any new suggestions.

I would like to change the face on my Fitbit charge 2, but when I open the clock face in settings it doesn’t show any options. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app.

the fitbit app on my iPhone 6s will no longer let me change the clock face on my charge 2. I open the clock face and it just has a blank screen I have to go on my computer if I want to change the clock face. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app
FYI I found a work around for my Blaze. You can change the setting through the website. I was able to change my clock face on the website then synced my Blaze again and the face changed. The app however is still showing a blank screen when clicking on Clock Face.
You can adjust the clock face and other settings via the web site. Then do a normal manual sync from your phone app.

Our team is aware of this issue experienced with the iOS Fitbit app which goes blank when changing the clock face. I have an iPhone and the clock faces screen on the app is now blank. I have reinstalled, reset, powered down phone and watch and called customer support. No resolve with the app issue. I was able to change clock face on website but what is the point of downloading the app if it no longer supports full functionality with the watch? Any help? Was there an update? Is there a glitch?
