Clock faces screen on Fitbit app is blank

I switched to the website dashboard  because when you go into the clock faces on ios 14.4.2 iphone Xr, it just shows blank.

You have to do it online fitbit,com but to sync it you must use your mobile app. That worked straight away for me! Finely a new clock face lol

So this is happening to me as well ! I’m using my brothers old blaze my Fitbit charge 4 is broken and I am waiting for my replacement but I want a new clock face and it’s blank but I’ve tried doing what you said and it’s not working for me ?  I can’t fine the Clocks in the dashboard

@Tamra.Price On the dashboard top right, there is profile, notifications, and settings clickable icons. Click settings, Blaze, then clock display.

Hi! Go to Fitbit.com and sign on there. Once you sign in go to clock face and you can change it. Not sure why it’s not working on the app but it will if you do it from there

I cannot find the Watch face on the dashboard, it is not visible on the web? The dashboard shows up various information re the Blaze but I cannot see watch face anywhere or access it?

 

@MarkMM when clicking on settings and then blaze I just get an empty screen? Thanks in advance...

@LaLa777 I don't know what to tell you. Just tried here and my settings work perfectly in chrome, and my Blaze isn't even turned on. Maybe try a different browser is all I can suggest. There is a dashboard forum here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/bd-p/website 

Someone else posted an hour ago that they have a blank page as well.

Hopefully a resolve comes through as I’m super tempted to bounce this blaze and get an Apple Watch. Blank screen in Clock Face of App. Reset, restart, stand on my head - done it all. Running Apple 12 pro latest…. Sigh seems like no answer for this issue

Go to Fitbit online and sign in from there, don’t do it from your App. It works

@Lranieri29 Did you sync the phone app to the watch afterwards? It's been posted on here that the effect won't take place until you sync with the app.

Yes I did. It went through. The clock face are not as big looks like they made it smaller. Is there a way to make the clock face bigger?

Hi, I managed to fix it by doing what was suggested. Go to Fitbit.com sign in, go to ‘my dashboard, then go into settings at top right hand corner, click on ‘blaze tracker’, click on ‘click display’. You should be able to pick a different face for it.

I have the latest update of the Fitbit app. Unfortunately I cannot change the clock face of my Alta HR as it does not show any faces anymore. Anyone else that have this problem? How can I change it?
