I switched to the website dashboard because when you go into the clock faces on ios 14.4.2 iphone Xr, it just shows blank.

If you go to the Fitbit website, you can change the clock face there.

July24 and still have no clock faces to choose from. Lost my heart rate on screen when I had to disconnect it from app and reconnect due to freezing. Help!

Alta HR screen is blank, but it is tracking steps and heart rate ...etc. I have tried to restart by following the reset button process, not restarting. Fitbit firmware is upto date.
My iOS app is updated and In the iOS app clock face is blank, I have tried setting the clock face via browser access and no effect.
Anyone experiencing the same? need advice!!!

Same here. The only way I can change the clock face via the iOS app is to remove/forget my watch (Alta HR) and then go through the set up process again. The options show up during the process, but after that, they’re gone.
I also cannot sync my device using the iOS app anymore; I have to use the Windows app instead. There have been 2 app updates since this problem began for me, and it hasn’t been fixed yet.

I am unable to change my clock face despite updates and syncing over the past few weeks. It just remains blank on the app rather than giving you options.

Me too, and tried the advice of making sure iPhone was updated, removing Blaze and adding it back on. To no avail, clock face screen training blank.

I have this issue too. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps and now they have forwarded me to tech support. I’ll update with any thing they have me try or if there’s a fix.

I also no longer see clock face choices (just blank screen) in the Fitbit ipad app, but was able to update my Blaze clock face by logging into the Fitbit website, selecting my Blaze (View Device Settings) and then Clock Display. Once I selected a new display from the choices visible, I was able to update the clock face display by resyncing my Blaze from the Fitbit ipad app.

Doesn't seem to let you change faces when on an apple device. I did it through my old android phn that still has the app on it as well as doing it through the dashboard through the computer, non apple computer.

This has been going on for Months. And other threads have had the solution for Months. The workaround is changing the clock face from the web browser.

Will someone fix the app on the blaze so we can change the clock faces again the page is blank with my I phone are you not supporting these watches anymore

hope this finds you well and happy. I’ve found the same issue and wondering if there is a resolve or work around- would you be able to provide a link for clock face options for Fitbit Blaze. Workaround: I am iOS v14.71 (current version), and the only way I was able to change the clock face was to login to the website dashboard (not through the app) where I was then able to select and sync a new clock face to my Blaze.

All you have to do is go to google and go to the Fitbit website and sign in to your account. Then you can do how you normally would from the app and change the face
