Thanks Babs_Alabama, yes I totally agree. I did find the clock face via the website, but I am also looking at other options. There are a lot of device choices out there and most without the price tag.

Mine has just done the something, it was working fine this morning and just in the past hour my screen has gone blank, I still get the vibration to move and steps are counting on my iphone. Hopefully we get an answer soon.

Yes but you cannot access the fitbit of the kids (family account) so you cannot change the clock face on their fitbit. And I won't create a full fitbit account just for them.
So any idea on how to update the clock face on a kid's fitbit (blank screen on the iphone app and nothing on the family dashboard)?
Thanks.

@jboga Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details shared on your post. As you have mentioned for kids devices you can change the clock face only on the Fitbit app. So I recommend trying the following if you haven't done so:
1. Check that your iPhone or iPad is running the latest version of iOS. To check, tap Settings iOS Settings app icon ►General ► Software Update.
2. Make sure the Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
3. Set up the Kid's *Fitbit device as new device on the *family account, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
4. Change clock face again
On a side note, I've moved your post to this thread so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

I would have liked to think that with months passing from when the problem was originally reported that there would have been a fix by now. I suspect forced 'end of life' being built into their products, which if true, then isn't nice. 😔
They are now owned by Google (alphabet) after all.

still unable to change my blank clock face in both the app or the website so my fitbit blaze is essentially bricked with no support from fitbit on this fault that has been reported by so many....

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and thanks for the time you've taken while working on this matter on your own. Our team is still working on this situation to identify a resolution to all our affected members and while there isn't a time frame for a fix, you can try using your fitbit.com dashboard to change the clock face, as some of our friends have suggested. Don't forget to sync with the Fitbit app afterwards to make sure the changes are applied to your Fitbit device.
Your patience is truly appreciated and your feedback will be passed along so our team can be informed of the impact to you and other members.

As Jane40 says below, you need to go to the Fitbit dashboard on a computer - doesn't seem to be supported by the app anymore. You log into your Fitbit account and then you can change your watch settings, including the Clock Face, from there. (I found I needed to press the sync button on the app for the changes to be applied.)

Problem is the website doesn’t work for everybody (me included) where I have no clock face at all on my device apart from a battery symbol. They locked the other thread as people were complaining about this months old problem so expect the same of this one. I’ve actually given up waiting for a fix now
