Clock faces screen on Fitbit app is blank

I switched to the website dashboard  because when you go into the clock faces on ios 14.4.2 iphone Xr, it just shows blank.

@MaDunn So change it from the web dashboard. It's only blank on the phone app.

That's what I been trying to figure out, it will change on the computer fine, but the app doesn't show anything. WhiteLion2 I see you have the same issue.

i think there is issue in ios app version of fitbit. I cannot change watch faces as per my choice

go to www.fitbit.com Log in. click on your picture at the top, then at the ribbon on the top, on the right you'll see a watch icon (devices). Click there and it will take you to your devices and you can change the clock face.

I received great advice that worked, log on to Fitbit via the internet NOT your app. You will be able to fix it from there

I used an iPad 4 that has iOS 10, sync’d up my inspire and my Blaze to it and changed themto a better face then put back on my new iPhone. The app for older devices doesn’t have a problem and I’ve read the android app has no problem.

Yes it works from the website dashboard. Just verified. As soon as you login via website, I did it in safari, the should be a setting icon in the upper right hand corner. Then click your watch icon and the list of settings for your watch should appear here. Hope this helps.

My fit bit screen is also completely black?? It’s been getting dimmer and dimmer the last two days and now nothing

Hi Tbrz.

Your problem with a dimming display is due to the LCD screen on the device giving up, or that the device is not getting charged.

I am trying to edit the clock screen on my Charge 2, but when I click on it, it is just a blank white screen. Everything else works fine (but the help 101 section just leads to a 404).
