I switched to the website dashboard because when you go into the clock faces on ios 14.4.2 iphone Xr, it just shows blank.

i think there is issue in ios app version of fitbit. I cannot change watch faces as per my choice

go to www.fitbit.com Log in. click on your picture at the top, then at the ribbon on the top, on the right you'll see a watch icon (devices). Click there and it will take you to your devices and you can change the clock face.
Best AnswerYes it works from the website dashboard. Just verified. As soon as you login via website, I did it in safari, the should be a setting icon in the upper right hand corner. Then click your watch icon and the list of settings for your watch should appear here. Hope this helps.
My fit bit screen is also completely black?? It’s been getting dimmer and dimmer the last two days and now nothing

Your problem with a dimming display is due to the LCD screen on the device giving up, or that the device is not getting charged.
Best AnswerI am trying to edit the clock screen on my Charge 2, but when I click on it, it is just a blank white screen. Everything else works fine (but the help 101 section just leads to a 404).
