How do you change the time that shows up on the wrist band? I have a iPhone and I can't find a way to do it.

Welcome to the Community @Jc67. To change your timezone from your iOS Fitbit app, do the following:

 

1. Tap Account

2. Tap Advanced Settings

3. Tap Timezone

4. Select your timezone

5. Sync
