Hi, I'm just wondering about the Fitbit Community. Are we only able to access it online on a computer? Because I was going to ask about the app. I used to have access to the Fitbit community through the app back in about 2018 but stopped using Fitbit for a while and when I got a new one and updated the app it seemed to just be completely empty. I can only add people I know or by username and the community page is basically just empty and only contains stuff that I have posted. If anyone can let me know that'd be great. I use an iPhone 13 and the app is completely up to date. Thought I would just mention that.

Thanks for sharing these details, and keeping the Fitbit app updated. I wanted to let you know that certain functions such as the open groups, were removed from the Community Feed last year. I understand this section was a great motivation and I'm sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. Our team is always working to improve our features and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process.
With that in mind, I'd recommend checking this idea already posted in the Product Feedback board. This place is often visited by our developers who I know will be thrilled to see your comments.
