What is the latest update on the compatibility issue with notifications after the iOS 13 update to iPhones? Also, I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions multiple times with no success, so please do not suggest I do those. Thanks!
I’m sorry your experiencing notifications issues since the iOS update. Notifications are currently a known issue. The Fitbit Team is indeed working on the issue but I have no timeframe to offer you as to when a fix will be forthcoming.
