Connected GPS will not work with Blaze/iPhone

Hi there,

Just got a fitbit blaze and this is my first post so hello, community, and I hope you can help me. Been trying for two weeks now to get this connected gps to work when using the run exercise on my tracker. It seems to connect to my phone ok, then tells me to check the fitbit app. On the app I get a pop-up saying location services & bluetooth sharing, and to make sure my location is set to Always and bluetooth sharing is turned on. I've set my location to always, return to the app and the pop-up is still there, checked bluetooth sharing under settings and there's nothing to do with fitbit there. Bluetooth is on on my phone and the tracker is synced. If anyone could help with this it'd be much appreciated as I just can't figure it out and am getting very frustrated with not being able to get the most out of the blaze.

Thank you very much

Do you also have Fitbit Notifacation services running?

Through the Blaze settings - notifacations i believe in the top right os a gear, click on it and send a test notifacation. Did the Blaze receive it?

A restart of an android phone usually will get it working, don't know about ios
