Which tracker are you currently using? Are you using your tracker and connecting it with GPS to perform your exercises or are you using MobileRun? If you're using your tracker and connecting it to the GPS on your phone, please make sure that the GPS icon on your tracker's screen is enabled before starting your run and that it's not disconnecting due to a poor GPS signal (due to trees or buildings).

Additionally, I would like to suggest you to go to the activities section on your online Dashboard and click on each individual run to check if a map was recorded there. If so, please try the following on the app:

  • Force-close the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
