I just bought a Blaze, I'm trying to get it started and my Bluetooth on my up to date iPhone won't even find it! My nerves are shot!

Hello @CherHarris, thanks for joining us, it's nice to see new faces around!

If you haven't done it yet, my suggestion would be restarting your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.

After restarting your Blaze:

  • Plug it in and make sure it's charging during the setup process.
  • Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are around as their signal might interfere.
  • Restart your phone and try to set up your Blaze as a new device:
    1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be useful, give it a try and in case you need anything else, feel free to reply. Smiley Wink

Yeah Nope, won't shut off either. I tryed holding the buttons and it just keeps saying Fitbit.com/setup

my  blue tooth on both my iPhone and IPad will not pick it up, but my husbands droid does. I'm beyond frustrated and I'm seriously about to just return it.

Hello @Ashalee, thanks for joining the conversation, I hope you're having a great day!

If your Blaze is not connecting to the Fitbit app, please try the following:

  1. Restart your Blaze once again, then plug it in and make sure it's charging.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around, then try to set up your tracker once again:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
    • When (or if) the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
