hi Guys,
I can't connect my fitbit to iphone and when i try to connet it shows this on device.
Please help.

Hello there, @saadsikandar! Welcome aboard. Let's check some things to get you back on track! Have you tried to restart your tracker?
The reason I ask you this is because usually this happens when your tracker gets stuck during the Firmware update. You can also try to Unpair your device from your account and then try to set it up as a new device using a computer, if possible.
To Unpair your tracker from your account simply go to the settings of your Charge HR and press the blue button that says "Remove this Charge HR from Your Account".
From here, your tracker should set up and prompt you to update the firmware again, if you have difficulties using your mobile device, do it with a computer.
