Hi everyone. I am trying to set up my Charge HR as a new device on my iPhone 6. I am running the latest update of iOS (10.3.2) and have just downloaded the app so it must be the latest version.
I am able to log in to my Fitbit account successfully and it has no problem finding my Charge HR. I enter the 4 digit passcode and it just says "Connecting to Fitbit..." and stays there forever without connecting.
I have tried others' advice, such as turning the bluetooth off for ten seconds, rebooting the device or force quitting the app and seeing if it has magically synced. None of it has worked yet.
Any other advice?

Let me help you to setup your Fitbit. Thanks for performing the troubleshoots mentioned, I recommend performing the restart again but this time do it 2 or 3 consecutive times. If the issue persists you can also try setting it up using a computer.
