I am trying to reconnect my I-phone X to my Fitbit Ionic. I get to the point where it gives me a code but when I enter it on my phone it just keeps telling me there was a problem. I’ve reset the Ionic several times but still not working

First thought is why was the ionic removed from your Fitbit account? The answer to this question e the key. 

Cd your referring to an iOS device have you checked the iOS board?
